European Air Charter is pleased to announce the arrival of the newest addition to the fleet, Airbus A320 LZ-LAL, further strengthening the airline’s ACMI capacity, wet lease readiness, and operational flexibility for airline partners. With the addition of LZ-LAL, the European Air Charter fleet now reaches a total of 10 aircraft, with further fleet additions expected as part of the company’s continued development.
The newest aircraft, carrying Manufacturer Serial Number MSN 3278, is configured with 180 economy-class seats. Its cabin layout and operational profile make it well suited for European Air Charter’s ACMI operations, supporting partner airlines with reliable short- and medium-haul capacity. With this cabin configuration, LZ-LAL provides suitable capacity for airlines requiring flexible operational support during seasonal peaks, network adjustments, or additional operational needs.
The arrival of LZ-LAL marks the second new aircraft addition to the European Air Charter fleet in less than two months, following the recent entry into service of LZ-LAN. This continued fleet development reflects the airline’s focus on expanding aircraft availability and providing dependable capacity solutions for current and future airline partners.
A key strength behind European Air Charter’s ACMI reliability is its in-house MRO facility at Vasil Levski Sofia Airport. This technical capability supports aircraft readiness, maintenance planning, and operational independence, helping the airline maintain reliable aircraft availability for its partners.
The addition of LZ-LAL represents another important step in European Air Charter’s fleet development and confirms the company’s continued commitment to delivering flexible, reliable, and high-quality ACMI and wet lease solutions. With further aircraft expected to join the fleet, European Air Charter continues to prepare for future growth and expanded cooperation with airline partners.
