With the addition of another of the most preferred aircraft type worldwide, we are marking another important milestone in the airline's growth strategy, competitiveness and commitment to providing safe, reliable, and high-quality air transport services.
We proudly welcome LZ-LAN to our fleet with the desire of providing our passengers and partners witheven more comfort and satisfactory experience during operations. We are delighted to share that LZ-LAN officially entered service and has been operating routes since May 28th 2026 further strengthening our fleet and bringing the total number of 9 aircraft.
The addition of this aircraft reflects the airline's continuous investment in efficient, widely recognisable and passenger-focused operations.
The aircraft, carrying Manufacturer Serial Number MSN 2116 is configured with 180 economy-class seats. The cabin layout is well suited for European Air Charter’s core operations, including ACMI partnerships, seasonal charter programmes, and high-demand leisure routes.
As an IOSA-certified airline, we continue to build operations around/within internationally recognised safety standards, disciplined operational control, and a strong internal aviation culture.
A key strength behind the company’s fleet development is our in-house MRO facility at Sofia Airport. This technical capability upportsaircraft readiness, maintenance planning, and operational independence, helping one of our core purposes of maintaining reliable aircraft availability for current and future partners.
By entering the new aircraft into service, we aim at demonstrating the organisation’s continuous dedication to excellence in execution of operations.
